At the time of your booking we ask you to sign and date our Terms and Conditions of Boarding. These conditions form the basis of a contractual agreement between the Owners of the animals boarding with us and Hyndford Boarding Kennels. The conditions are set out below:

Dogs require a current vaccination record and it must be produced when boarding showing that your dog/s have been vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus and Kennel Cough.

If your animal requires medication during their stay please advise us at the time of booking and bring with you at the time of boarding enough medication for the duration of your pets stay. You must ensure that medication can be administered by a person who does not have veterinary qualifications.

If toys or bedding are brought in to board with your dog, owners accept full responsibility for any veterinary treatment and costs should your pet consume them whilst boarding.

We take good care of our boarding pets. Dogs are boarded at the owners own risk. All reasonable care and attention will be given to your pet at the time they are boarding with us.

Owners boarding more than one dog must confirm that their pets can share accommodation if that is their requirement. Hyndford Boarding Kennels accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pets injure one another.

Charges are applied daily. Fees may be paid in advance or upon collection of your pet. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Our chosen veterinary surgeon is Mobile Vet Scotland, 6 Blackburnhall Holdings, Bathgate.
